Wierd bug

Ok, here's the situation:
Shawn Estes on the mound pitching to Alex Cora. Estes hits Cora and he charges the mound. The PbP says both the pitcher and the batter are ejected and it sends me to the lineup screen. But, Cora is still in the lineup. I hit Continue game and Estes is on first base. And he is also pitching.
Cora seems to be still in the lineup on the left, and for some reason i cant Replay Pbp, the button just does nothing.
Never seen this one before
