Two great owners.
My thanks go out to Chappy and 84CubsFan, two outstanding members of our community.
Chappy has submitted a team file for every sim for the past three seasons, in two different leagues. He’s also the author of the Rebuilding a Champion Dynasty thread, which is a great public showcase for the NPBL. He’s probably been consistent for even longer, but my records only go back three seasons. 84CubsFan has submitted a team file for every sim for the past three seasons in the JL, he’s more reliable than the Commish. He has therefore sent in an export for every one of his team’s sims in league history. Both of these guys were willing to take a chance and join the Jamaica League when it first started, and have been pillars of strength for the new league. Being a commissioner a lot easier, and more fun, knowing these intelligent guys appreciate my work, and share my commitment. |

And have you seen Chappy’s avatar with “The Real Deal” Holyfield holding little Miss Chapman? It’s tough!

Yeah, puts my run-of-the-mill "Sandberg crossing the plate in '84" avatar to shame.
Thanks for the kind words, Satch. Good GMs are only possible with good commishes. |

Is there a 'blush' smiley?
Thanks Satchel, and like Andy said, you deserve some of the credit. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to run a Jamaica League team, but I liked how you ran the NPBL and gave it a shot. I'm glad I did, and after 3 seasons I'm as attached to those players as I am to the lovable losers in Pennsylvania.
