I would have to say that I'm not at all happy with OOTP6. I have gone back to version 5. I love the new features but I can't use half of them due to crashes. Maybe because I run 98 , I'm sad.

You might be the MAN , so far after a little testing I'm not getting the crashes I had before. This could be outstanding. If you don't hear back it's settled and I'm too busy playing version 6 , yeah baby!!!!!!!

Even the latest update of IE is not the solution for Win ME users. You must repair IE to keep the game running.

I was having trade crashes and got it fixed for a week.

Now any time you try to display any player card at any point in the game, everything crashes.

Last patch was more than two weeks ago and we still can't alter the starting rotation without a workaround, a bug that was introduced when trying to squash others.

OOTP 6 is not ready yet and this experience has been disappointing compared to the previous track record of the other versions, the feedback and rapid attempts to patch.

I love the game and I don't intend this as a bash. But I will be equally as slow to buy the next version of OOTP.

Win ME is not the problem. The problem is with the current version of IE running on Win ME.

When you've never had a problem with more than 30 other pieces of software, I'm also inclined to believe the problem is somewhere buried in OOTP.

Markus has indicated he may have found something in the code, but a repair or patch has not been specified in several weeks.

6 is the first version I've played, and after all I've heard about this game frankly, Im a little dissapointed. But thats just me.
