Maybe I'm reading your box score wrong, but it looks like he had 4 walks. Looks like a no-hitter, not a perfect game.

That's not a perfect game you had 5 walks.

Here's a box score from a cool game I simmed (just a 12 inning no - hitter; won 1 nothing on a homer in the bottom of the 12th)

I actually had Tankersley throw a perfect game for me. It's really cool, it's kept in all the history and in his bio.

Wow Scott, talk about a pitchers' duel... will they be showing that on ESPN Classic any time soon?

And how'd you get that neato fixed-width font up there? It really makes a difference with those box scores...

I was looking back at my league history and noticed that way back in the first season, one of the pitchers who threw a no-hitter had 0 walks... Too bad there's no way to go back now and view the box score, I'll never know if he got the perfect game or not.

I am fairly certain it did this in OOTP3, but am unsure about V4.

I had Cheif Bender pitch a "perfect" game - no hits or walks for another team in a historical league. I noticed it before starting the next season, so checked it out. Three baserunners reached base on errors.

To date, I haven't had a true perfect game yet.

Edit: Thought I would clarify, OOTP did not register it as a perfect game. That is the reason I checked it out as normally no hits and errors is perfection.

A perfect game is defined as a game where the pitcher or pitcher(s) sets down every batter in a row; with no batter reaching base.

So if a runner reaches on an Error its no longer perfect, if a runner reaches based on a dropped strike three its not longer perfect. If the runner threatens to kill the umpire so the umpire gives him first base the game is no longer perfect.
