Major Downloading Issue

I attempted to download OOTP 4, and this is what happens when I do:

"could not initialize installation. File size expected=13911525, size returned=2523760. The parameter is incorrect"

this has happened three times, but with different numbers each time in the "files returned" slot. I have 16 GB of space left on my hard disk, the memory is not the issue. HELP PLEASE!

using aol's browser? dont, try with Opera or Netscape or IE.
