Couple of Questions

1. Do players ever demand trades?

2. How does the clubhouse/leader stat effect the game?

and finally

3. Does OOTP4 give any consideration to how a catcher handles his pitcher?

1) Yes. I've had many pitchers tell me to either start them or trade them.

2) Don't really think so. Steve or Scott care to comment?

3) No, but many people have suggested this be included in future versions of OOTP

I would be opposed to implementing the third suggestion. Text sims are already a niche market and adding elements of an adult and sexual nature to the game might alienate sectors of an already marginalized audience. Just my opinion.

As far as I know the "leadership" rating effects the development of young players. If you have a fair number then they can develop more quickly, not enough and their growth is stunted.

In hindsight, the way I worded the question certainly begged for a response like this

Anyway, back to OOTP4, where the Bucs still suck in 2004! One of these years, one of these years. . .
