help on 1977 expansion draft

Could someone point me to a website with the complete expansion draft list of the Mariners and Blue Jays and the rules of that draft (number of protected players and so forth)?

Can't help you with the draft list of the two teams you mentioned, but for the basic procedures followed for the 1977 expansion draft (along with the procedures from other expansion years), try this site:

Just go down to November 5, 1976. The picks aren't arranged in order of selections ( sorted on team they came from ) but you can do that yourself.
