Pinch Runners not working after 6.02a

I patched my game today and have noticed when playing that pinch runners do not seem to be working. I had a very slow player get a single in the 8th and I went to SUBSTITUTIONS and swapped him with a base stealer from the bench. When I came back to the game screen, the original runner was still on base. The replacement was listed in the lineup and on the substitutions screen, but not on the base.

Was the player you were trying to remove the DH? Not being able to pinch hit or pinch run for the DH is a current bug that is known. No apparent workaround, but I believe the pinch-player does come into the lineup the next half-inning or next time the DH position comes up to bat.

Yeah, that's prolly what it was. I cannot recall for sure but it makes sense that it was an old bug rather than a new one.
