Issue with importing league

Ok, I have an existing OOTP5 league with Reduced Ratings. I have the Ratings locked...

I import this league into OOTP6, and the new ratings are locked but they are different than the old ratings (1-100 not 1-10, etc)...

I think SINCE the ratings have changed, when you import an existing league, they should become unlocked, so you can descide what NEW ratings you want to see...

Just my 2cents...

I can’t change the ratings system on any imported v5 league. They’re all set at the defaults, regardless of the imported league’s v5 setting, and they’re locked.

Yeah, this is a bit of a problem...

I don't WANT 1-100 ratings when i switch over to OOTP6

I've tried a few imports...its fine if the ratings weren't locked in V5...but if they were...they stay locked but at the new ratings system and not their original setting specified in OOTP5.....this is bad....I hope this is one of the things that make it into the first update...

I know many leagues probably won't upgrade to OOTP6 until and unless this is fixed...

It’s understandable that a league with locked ratings will still be locked into that set of ratings, but we should be able to adjust the scale used within those ratings categories (1-5, 2-8, etc).

There are two issues here:

1. Talent-only leagues from v5 have the player ratings revealed after the conversion to v6

2. The ratings scales of v5 leagues with ‘locked’ ratings systems (locked into whichever system: traditional, reduced, or talent-only) cannot be adjusted to the new scales (1-10, etc) offered by v6

As a member of an online league that got its start in OOTP4 and is still going strong....I REALLY REALLY hope this can either be adjusted so as we are not stuck using the default settings that OOTP 6 imports over...or that some kind of work around is found.

I'm getting concerned that this one will be brushed under the rug since it doesn't seem to be a "main-stream" issue with the community...not enough noise I suppose...

Has this every been confirmed by OOTP staff that this is something they'll fix. I've got a league with 30 owners and we can't go to OOTP 6 until this is solved. We can't go from essentially, 1-10, 1-5, 1-5 to 1-100, 2-8, 1-5. That's crazy.

We need to be able to unlock ratings in the conversion process OR at least have them convert to the identical system. 1-10, 1-5, 1-5.

Fix, no idea. Known issue, yes. I won't know till we get the patch and test it as to whether or not any issue is fixed.

I have NO timetable OR list of items slated to be addressed by the patch either(I state because it will be asked).

Thanks for the confirmation that its a known issue.

Hopefully, Markus et al would understand the importance of this issue with OOTP 5 online leagues and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
