Is there a simple way to give FaceGen players uniforms/caps?

OK, so I've generated a bunch of fictional faces. But trying to give them uniforms and caps is something else. I don't have PhotoShop, and I'm not very good at graphics.

Is there a simple way to give each player a uniform? Without layering and PhotoShop and all that sort of thing? I have MGI Photosuite and I've been trying, with limited success, to use the magic wand to select a uniform from another creator's FaceGen player and apply it to mine.

What's the secret?

Not to my knowledge. It would be difficult because you need to drop in the players face behind his clothing.
