3 Logo Requests

Never asked for multiple logos before, so tell me if I'm too picky in my requests.

Long Island Seagulls - All I know for sure is that I don't want the actual bird in the logo. Probably white, black, and gold for the color scheme.

Louisville - I've seen "Sluggers" and "Thoroughbreds" logos, perhaps there's something different out there I haven't seen?

New Orleans - Here, I'm unsure of what I want, even as far as the name goes. If anyone has an original that hasn't been put up online much, I'd like to see it.

That does look pretty cool, although the "Flash" name isn't exactly something I'd put on a baseball team. What my main priority is the Seagulls one....

You will get better response if you give the designers the team name and nickname and any colors or mascots that you want. They seems to want some direction.

If you are asking for nicknames, here are some suggestions:

The pro team in New Orleans was the Pelicans for about 50 years.

The Buccaneers would also be a good nickname...relates to the battle of New Orleans when Andrew Jackson defeated the British in the early 1800's. Jean Lafitte, Dominque You and some pirates helped win the battle.

Hmmm...thanks for the help on that. The Seagull one is still the same, and I've decided to use a Louisville Slugger logo. I also no longer need a New Orleans logo, so all I'm looking for now is the one for the 'Gulls.

Yeah, but the way you make it sound sounds stupid. I just meant that I wanted a "LI Seagulls" in the baseball-style writing for the logo, or something like that. As long as the bird isn't in the logo.
