If you scroll down you will see the note template taken from emlb....If it bothers you I will change it today...It's funny but your template looks very familiar to a few others...There are only so many ways you can do an owners page....So I will re do it...Sorry for mimicing your page..

Explain to me how this guy copying the owners page and editing it some than using it on his league site is ANY DIFFERENT than eMLB taking their banner from MAJORLEAGUEBASEBALL site and adding a little red E to it and using it for his site?? sems to me its the same thing dont you think??

Next I click on the eMLB history link and at the bottom of the page I see a MLB Players Choise LOGO that (using the idiots own words here) STOLE from a MLB site...I would beat my first child he didnt get permission to use this COPYWRITED material from MLB...huh??

Guys It's OK I have re done the Owner's page and also gave credit to emlb...I ask that we all stop the bickering I am just trying to fill my league. We are a community and we share many things style sheets, logos, etc. I did give the EMLB credit and the minute they had a complaint I changed the design. I DO NOT Call out people in forums because I feel this is not a place for belittling anyone yet a place where OOTP fans can get ideas, questions answered, join a league, etc. So To The eMLB I apologize that I offended you and I personally would ask Steve or Karen to please close this thread and I will start a new one because no one wants to read bickering when they are looking for a league to join. Apology accepted, and to be honest, I don't mind you using the format at all. And you don't need to have that note regarding eMLB at the bottom.

What I *DID* mind was that you did not take the time to download pictures to your website server...instead your source code was still going to my website to get your information. That has been my whole point (as you probably saw by the picture change on your system).

I was capable of putting anything up and affecting your league because you didn't make the effort to personalize the code.

This had absolutely nothing to do with copyright laws or whatsoever. The "stealing" was having links to my site embedded in your source code. If you had taken the effort to personalize that and download those pictures, no problem. Glad you like our work, and hope it works out for you. But you keep eMLB links where I can influence your server: We got a Fromblem.

Oh, and Craig...did you run the Howard Dean campaign? 'splains why he lost. Next time, bud, try to trip over the ACTUAL point of the thread first before you open your trap.

I'm sorry KidRock, I didn't realize you were a part of this. Next time you want to belittle others, please remember the first time someone called you out...you know, when you stole that banner and then told the guy who made it to go screw himself, you planned to keep it. You did change it, which is probably mere luck on your part, rather than common sense. You've shown to have none of that, and you have no respectability here.

Best, consider my beef over with. I had the same problem LB had; I do not like that sort of crap, and to be honest, the people who do that are generally those who say "Screw you" to those who would like it changed (see KidRock when he stole someone's banner...the first thread that happened to it). You responded quickly, and I really appreciate that.

Therefore, this is past us, and I will recommend your league in the future. Commissioners like these, who correct their errs, are stand-up guys, and can run good leagues.

And before you lash me for belittling others I suggest you not partisapate in such activaties before telling others not to Hipocrate. As to the STOLEN LOGO it took me like 6 hours to take it down which I would have done in 5 mins but being belittled for something I was not aware of I decided to take my time in doing so. the guy that attacked me for stealing his logo has STOLEN logo's all over his web site ( see MLB LOGO"S) and your league as well their John C.
