Contracts Reset?

So I put the CBL rosters into my 'Create' directory so that they will be the default rosters when I create a new custom league. But then I go into the initial draft of my new custom league and see that, although the player ratings are correct, none of the contract info that was in the CBL file is matched with the players in my new custom league. It seems that the contract info for all the players has been regenerated by the game.

Is there anyway to keep the contract info correct when starting a new league?

Sorry if this has been asked and answer elsewhere. I couldn't find anything on it.

Anytime you start a league the finances will be different for the players unless you just want an exact clone of the "CBL" league the way the teams are setup and everything.

Ok Steve thanks. Not the answer I wanted, but if that's how it is, then that's how it is.

It's that way because when drafting the financial dynamics of each team is different so it wouldn't make sense to keep the contract all what they were.

good luck in trying to do a custom league with CBL or Halofan roster...

i try doing a 16 team custom league with cbl and halofan roster and doing a fantasy draft...when i sim the first game it will crash always...

my commish that starting a new league has the same problems

when i do custom league with fictional players or default players that comes with the game it works great, no crashes..

i think CBL and halofan roster is meant for standard size league...
