I spent much of the day reading about this game, and almost every major sports website made some comment about KG needing to come up huge or his MVP award would be meaningless. And many of them implied it wasn't going to happen.
I hope they all issue the man an apology tomorrow. |

WTF were the kings thinkin having CWebb taking the deciding shot? Great game, especially that crazy 3 by KG. Dunno how they'll stand up against Kobe, Shaq, and co with Cassel so hobbled. Should be a good one.

Man he had a great 4th quarter there. That 3 pointer with the shot clock down to 1 second really broke their back. Another good game from spreewell and casell looked better too but mostly early. I kept hearing the announcers saying how tired Kg was and I was praying flip would not take him out. Congrats T-Wolves and also Sacramento for a great series.
As far as the Lakers go - well shaq and Kobe are going to ge thier points but the guy who we need to really watch is Fisher. When he gets hot they are nearly unbeatable. Should be a decent series but I think LA will win it. The T-wolves really must win those first 2 games at home to have a chance. |

He did everything tonight. Especially the 4th quarter.
Big 3 with the shot clock expiring. Huge rebounds. A big time steal late. A great block with a few seconds left... My god, I don't think I've ever seen such an amazing all-encompassing peformance!

I expect a column by the guy @ ESPN who claims KG is "the best #2 guy ever."
He always said KG couldnt win a big game for us.... enjoy the crow. That 3 was INSANE... KG was amazing defensively too

I now find myself rooting for the Eastern Conference, as I can't stand neither the Lakers or New York Yankees. Whoops, I mean T'Wolves.
GO PACERS! |

I hope for KG's sake he really brings his guns and rocket launchers. He'll need them to beat LA.

I think he would have done less damage against the kings if he HAD brought grenades... he demolished them!
