reworking of old logos...
Looking for two:
New York Yankees - wanted an original Yankees logo... maybe the NY with a top hat resting on the side of it. St. Louis Browns - wanted a reworking of the crest with the horse on top of it. Maybe something a little more modern. Thanks.

Thanks, Kelric.
I beg to differ with you...that is a very nice and very well done logo...and it shows up well in the game...which is very important. Many times a great logo doesn't show up well in the game...they get blotchy or spotty. It really hurts when this happens...and I don't have the heart to tell the designer. |

Kelric:
If it happens on one of your logos, I will tell you. dbacks: I think I know you well enough to know you don't mind constructive criticism. You have made about 40 logos for me and done all of them very well. If there was a problem...and there were very few...you graciously fixed them. And you do that for everybody. "A "true" black is when the RGB value is 0,0,0. I made mine at like 35,35,35, so it still appears black, but it's really just a very dark gray. When a 150x150 logo has spots of true black, there will be some transparency issues in OOTP. So generally, I try to make everything with black in it a very dark gray so that there won't be any transparency issues inside the game." Last edited by Eugene Church; 05-18-2004 at 11:26 PM. |

I'd have to see an example of a logo that is missing colors, because I'm not sure what causes that.
As for the pure black transparency issue, I always try to make sure that it won't be an issue. |
