Best HOST for a league?

I'm interested in putting my solo league on the 'Net, and was wondering what everyone uses as their webhost. If at all possible, please limit this to free hosting services, because a) I'm cheap

and b) I'm at the saving-for-college point.

Also, after running 1901 to 1910, my Wallman-utility webpages are up to about 22 meg, and this will grow a lot faster in later years, I presume. I know not many free hosts have that kind of space, but I'd appreciate any help.

As I remember, they are pretty geenrous with space, they have ftp access -- no goofy web interfaces to wrestle with, and the support server side includes, cgi and some other more advanced stuff.

www.powweb.com will give you 200mb of space and 98% uptime for $7.77 per month. It's what we use at Baseball Maelstrom. There are other perks, but you probably wouldn't use them in a solo league.

Just $10 per YEAR, I did some checking and found only good reports on them. It's a no frills host, but you can't beat the price.

ANY thing else? the prohost site says i cant use that cuz i use microsoft internet explorer, and i cant see the toolbar to do evreything.......what else is out there? free and bigger than just 20mb?
