Differences in scouts
I did a quick search and couldn't find the answer to my question, but please forgive me if it's been asked before.
Anyway, I was wondering if the following was true in OOTP6 (or any version of the game, for that matter): My scout is Legendary when it comes to hitters. He sees SS Joe Schmo on another team's roster as a 3.5-blue-star player. On the "Top 100 Prospects" list, though, Schmo shows up as a 1.5-blue-star player because that list is "by an average league scout." If I want to trade for Schmo, does the computer consider him a 1.5-blue-star or a 3.5-blue-star prospect? I imagine the new trading AI settings mean more than the scouting reports, but I was just wondering if differences between scouting reports really mattered, and if so, how much? Thanks in advance for any and all answers.

Schmo's value in reference to the trade is based on HIS team's scouting report.

Thanks. That's what I figured, but I just wanted to make sure.
