Wow. Scott's apology was sure a rarity in my experience on internet bulletin boards. And it was a real apology without any zingers or hidden attacks in it. Bravo!

P.S. My father always said "Don't ruin a good apology with an excuse" and Scott's e-mail adheres to that standard.
