where are amateur stats?

i'm beginning my first draft w/ OOTP6. No college and high school stats are showing up. I can see the list of the players, I can see their ratings. When i toggle on "College/HS Stats," all I get is zeroes. what's going on?

They only show up when you have a player "highlighted".

Got it...I didn't want to right-click before because I thought that would draft the player. (I think that's how it worked before, right?)

No, actually....I am getting the scouting reports in that box in the bottom-left corner, but the stats in there are all zeroes too. So...what am i doing wrong this time?

I do.

I'm can see ratings on all the draftees. i can see those scouting reports now that i know to right click the player's name. but the stats in the scouting report box are all zeroes, for all amateurs.

I just went through my first draft in OOTP6 with a league I imported over from OOTP5. I noticed this same "phenomenon" of no amateur stats for the players. At first I was thinking maybe it was because I turned off almost all the ratings.

After thinking about it while searching the boards for an answer, I realized I imported the league right after all the preseason stuff and before the first game of the season. So the amateurs were generated in V5, which of course would not attribute any HS/college stats to them.

I'm virtually certain this is correct, but someone please straighten me out if not. Assuming it is, I figured it wouldn't hurt to post this in case somebody else has the same issue occur.

Yes, you're correct according to my experiences. I updated mid-season and then had the preseason and draft. The stats were all there.

try running the available players report first...and then go back and look....that worked before when player ratings didn't show at draft time.....just a suggestion....your issue sounds a little different though.

At the very end of preseason was the Markus-suggested time to import from V5 to V6, so that's why I did that. But, again someone should correct me if this is wrong, if in the same situation once into V6 you go under league setup and toggle the draft time from June 1 to preseason and then back to June 1 in that process there will be a different batch of amateurs generated, this time with HS/college stats.
