Benefits of turning coaches and scouts off?
How does turning coaches/scouts on and off effect player development?

turning off will keep every team equally able to develop or not develop there player's talent.Scouts off allows you and AI to to see (true ratings?) or avg scout ratings but it's treated as all teams seeing the exact same potential in each player.
