Living Local to your team ONLINE LEAGUE

So all of you who are interested in joining this list shout out the team you will be using. Will need to be first come first serve.

This thread is a continuation of the following thread:

http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...424#post688424

Rules are to be the GM of the team you must live in the local area of that team. For example if you live in Colorado you could only be the GM of Colorado Rockies.

Please do the following to declare your team:

1) Reply to this topic with your team
2) Send an email to ootp@muzikmayhem.com letting me know what area you live, your team, and your email address so we can get a list going.

If there is anyone who wants to be the LEAGUE GM let me know. I don't have the expirence to do it, I could offer webhosting if needed!

I live in Orange County California so I will have the Anaheim Angels.

What can I claim?! Maybe I'll start a minor league local league and take over the Norfolk Tides.

Norfolk is 165 miles from Baltimore, 220 from Philly. Arkansas has been St Louis Cardinal territory for 80 years.

I don't get what you're saying with this. Are you saying you have it worse?

How far is arkansas from the nearest MLB city?

I’m saying ‘Since you live in Virginia maybe the league will let you control Baltimore or Philadelphia because you’re relatively close to those places.’ I was also making the point that the ‘home region’ of many teams is larger than just their own city or state. (The closest major-league city to Arkansas is Dallas, which is about 200 miles away from the state border.)
