How Do I get E-Mails to pop up when I'm siming?

I had them on once but turned the career game breaks off like no hitter, 500th HR, etc. I guess I also turned off notify of players and player trades so when I check my roster after I sim I have a few hurt guys and passed up trade offers. Can someone help me on how to turn them back on?

Go to the Schedule Screen, Click on Simulate and Choose Sim Options... then click the appropriate options.
