Any ideas for logos?
I'm looking for logos for the West Side Sodas and the Binghamton Ballbusters.
Ideas? |

Scotto, what program do you use to round your text like that? It's not MSPaint, is it? And, if so, how do you do it?

My cheap program (Becker Draw) does not round text. I actually have to do it by turning one letter at a time. It sucks, but at times neccessary.

Delightful post, Living Legend.
Now could you swap out the football players and insert baseball players. Just kidding.

Cardinal, how does PhotoPlus compare to MSPaint in terms of ease of use, quality of logos, rounding text, etc. Just curious if it's an upgrade over Paint.

You can check PhotoPlus for free - it's an older version of their current software - at www.freeserifsoftware.com. Meanwhile, I found out through work that I could get Paint Shop Pro 8 for about $10, so I picked that up yesterday but haven't played with it at all yet.

Like "WOW", PK.
Super neato keen (my wife from the late 60's favorite phrase). It means it is darn good. That baseball looks like one we used to play with at Galvez Park in Mobile, Alabama in the 50's. Very creative and well done. |
