Ratings Adjustment

I just imported a OOTP5 file and the game will not allow me to switch the ratings from 2-8 to 1-10. Any reason why?

In basic setup if you don't see an option to lock the ratings they are already locked and I don't know if you can unlock them.

I don't see an option in basic setup, is there anything I can do to change this?

Sounds like you may be in manager mode. I don't play managaer mode, but if you are, there is a utility that will unlock manager mode to enable editing in the Mod Forum somewhere. As long as you are in manager mode you can't make any changes to the league settings.
