What's going on?

Need help here.

I've just played 6 starts with Mark Prior. In my replay league, he's 2-2 with a 5.73 ERA. He pitched 33 innings, given up 44 hits, 21 earned runs and walked 11 (he only walked 50 batters in 30 starts last year).

Batters hit .233 against him last year, but they're hitting .314 off him in OOTP6. His WHIP was 1.10 last year, but in OOTP6 it's 1.67.

Also Corey Patterson struck out 77 times in 329 at bats last season. In my league, he's whiffed 32 times in 95 at bats.

Will the patch fix these "unrealistic" problems or do I need to go in and tweak Prior's and Patterson's ratings?

First of all is that "more than likely" the roster set you are using is one that was made by a user(who went to alot of work and effort), but it is not exact by any means. Secondly, OOTP doesn't know PLAYER NAMES, all it sees is the ratings. Thirdly, that is a VERY small sample that you are going on. If you were talking about seasons(plural) for highly rated players doing this it might bother me a bit but not over that small of a sampling. Fourth, OOTP is not a "stats based game" where the results are drived directly from how a player performed the previous year. The results are attained by ratings. Fifth, in answer to your question NO the patch will not change or "correct" this.
