Not Authorized for patch

Getting a "You are not authorized to veiw this page" error trying to get to the patch on all 3 patch sites.
Any ideas?

The 2nd and 3rd links both just worked for me. Try again, maybe it was a busy time and they were overloaded.

The only other thing I can think of, and I'm grasping at straws here. Are you at work or somewhere behind a firewall that won't let you d/l things?
