Where to download OOTP5

Dumb question, probably, but where can I download OOTP5?

I have a license, but have a new computer and would like to re-install v5. I only see the 5.14 patch on the downloads page, and it only includes the EXE (none of the graphice or support files).

If you look at the FTP page, there is a link for all the things the OOTP developments hosts on their site. That's how I found a copy of OOTP 5.
