Moving DH to position in game

I am running into a glitch where I cannot move my DH to a position during the game.

I enabled the DH for the NL (okay, I like offense). During the game, I used a pinch hitter for my LF with the intent of making the PH (a SS) the new DH and moving my DH (a LF) to LF. After the at bat, I could not change the position of the PH to DH (DH was not an option to choose from when I right clicked) and I could not move my DH to LF (or I would get the error about having a pitcher to bat).

Any thoughts?

If you put the DH in the field the pitcher has to bat. That is an MLB rule

A good reason not to have your backup catcher DH...
