Eli will go to NY, who to SD??
Tommorow, the SD chargers and the NY Giants will agree to a deal that will swap the #1 & #4 picks. In return the Chargers will get a 2nd round pick(#36overall) + either Ike Hilliard or a 2005 2nd rounder. By doing so, it looks like the SD Chargers will elect to take OT Robert Gallery if available at #4. If Gallery is gone, the Chargers will then look at WR Roy Williams/QB's Roethlisberger or QB Phillip Rivers...
Expect the Giants & ole' Eli to reach a contract agreement by Saturday. |

Gallery has a good chance of being gone.
60% of what rumors I hear from Raider Nation says Gallery 40% Fitzgerald

Well, I've seen and heard alot about CLE/OAK making a trade from 2 & 7 where the Raiders would take Roy Williams and the Browns taking Gallery.
The Arizona Cardinals are very sold on taking Fitzgerald. |

Many analysts believes Rivers is a better fit for the Chargers anyway. Eli should be able to help the Giants.

I see San Diego to trade up, either with Oakland or Arizona to have a better shot at Gallery

It's doubtful that once they trade down that they trade back up...

If I were the Chargers, I'd draft the Faerie of Five Wins.

I'm just wondering if the Winslow to Washington thing happens. I don't like this kid. He's not a warrior.

No, I heard that Washington was leaning towards Winslow. Kellen Winslow Sr. played for Gibbs (and was a hall of famer), so Gibbs definitely would like to select the younger Winslow.

If the Giants go out and grab Eli I will do a dance. seriously, a freakin dance. To the beat of "La Cucaracha". Not like it matters next year anyway lol, in the NFC East.

Oh yeah, what's the monetary value of this guarantee? I don't see the Chargers taking Eli, but I seriously doubt it's going to be the Giants.
