too many stolen bases in CBL's set

How do I fix this? I have 6 guys with 40+ stolen bases and many close to that and I'm in June

LEAGUE SETUP ->

Then go to

Engine SETUP

then

EDIT ERA

Adjust them as you see fit; I've already posted that Seldom or Not Often works the best
