The Utah Scorpions are the 2007 champions of the National Pastime Baseball League. GM Marcus Shuter has led the team to its second championship; the Scorps are the first NPBL team to win two.

The North Carolina Clippers were the eastern Founding Fathers League pennant-winners. It took seven games for Utah to beat GM Michael Koo’s Clipper squad.

A well deserved championship. I feel an urge to point out game 7 winner David Aquilar (3-0 in the postseason) was acquired from Pennsylvania in the off-season.
