Player Development Modifiers

Anyone test the Player Development Modifiers yet?

Hitter/Pitcher Development Speed: (-100% to +200%)
I'm assuming that if you leave it at 0% then the players would develop normally. However, if you do a +100% then the players would develop twice as fast and +200% they would develop 4 times faster? Do I have my thinking correct on this one?

Hitter/Pitcher Aging Speed: (-100% to +200%)
On this one I would assume that if you choose -100% then players will play at an older age (which is what most players want). However, how much of an older age would a -100% rating show? Would they play up to age 50 or would they start declining at about 40-44?

Just looking to see if anyone has tested this and would like to post their theories (or facts) on this subject.

The way you have explained each is the way I understand them to be.
