Locked Ratings..

I imported a league from OOTP5. The league had locked ratings and now that I am in OOTP6 the ratings are locked at 1-100 2-8 1-5. I would like to change them to 1-100 1-10 1-10, is there a way to unlock the ratings so I can change them?

I don't have an answer for you, just a dumb n00bie question.

Why lock the ratings at all? Why not just let you change them at will?

well, actually, thats a n00b answer. When importing a v5 league to v6, it automatically locks the ratings before you can change them. I hope this is fixed in the next patch.
