Facepack renumbering

I'd like to use pictures in some of the available facepacks in my fictional league. Does anyone know of a program that will rename the pics to sequential numbers for fictional leagues? Any help would be appreciated.

There is something called Batch Thumbs that does this; it is shareware. You can no doubt find it by doing a web search for it.
