Anyone know where I can get this? http://baseballtwentyfourseven.com appears to be gone (or maybe just down at the moment) and http://www.ootpdownloadcenter.com is down/gone as well.

Are you behind a firewall? For some reason, I can't get to ootpdownloadcenter.com from behind the firewall at work, but it works fine if I try from home.

Nope, I'm at home so I'm not behind a firewall. I don't have any problems visiting any other sites. Oh well. Anyway, I had a friend upload it for me.

Joe's site works fine for me, and it's very nice to have such a fine set of detailed modern rosters that weren't compiled by a total jerk.

Speaking of this roster set, what's the deal with Derek Jeter having "D" range at SS?

Derek gets no respect, he has good range. I would give him a B, but I could atleast see a C.

Ummm, no. Derek has been shown to be one of the worst defensive SS in all of baseball. Yeah, he doesn't make errors, but he doesn't get to anything to make an error on. His UZR is horrible.

Test it this way. How many times have you listened or watched a game, and you hear the announcer say one of these:
1. Just past a diving Jeter
2. Jeter can't get to it
3. Just under Jeter's glove

Lots. But, you rarely hear that about Tejeda or A-Rod.

LAH. Well, that's not to say he doesn't make great plays, he does, but he doesn't make all the plays that someone else could. I don't know if you are a Yankee fan or not, but I expected you to "yell" at me for my anti-Jeter remarks. Thanks for showing an open mind.

I am a Yankee fan and Jeter is my favorite Yank since Mattingly, but I do indeed have an open mind its hard to argue when the experts back you up.
