Missing features..............

I think i have a few good idea's, im not sure if anyone has mentioned these in the past, if so, sorry

First i would like i find it annoying when im tring to sim a season, and the pop up messages come up, ea. award of week, or injury, i would like to have these pop ups, time out perhaps, you know stay up 5-10 min, then go away by them self, if noone hits ok.

I also think it would be kinda cool to have double headers, as aswell as perhaps Rainouts/delays, would be nice if there was wind and weather to affect that game, and the players.

Further more it would be cool if you could go in to the record book, as if you was opening a bood, rather than the web page set up you have now

we know-we all know, dont expect anything new for the game untill ootp6 is out-you wont get much response by replying to your own thread time and time again.....

I don't think you will see doubleheaders or rainouts in ITP for the same reason they are not in OOTP...they are a bear to program, especially rainouts, which would involve rescheduling issues....

i did notice that there are already Rain delays, I really really hate to hear a company that i give my Money to, say its to hard, i really hope that this is not their stance Jpw

Yeah, but there are a lot of companies that you pay, that don't give you "everything" you want.

McDonalds doesn't sell new release video's, even though it would me more convienent as I always stop there on the way to or from the video store. I just can't get them to do it

.... I wonder why .... could be that it is impractical for them to do so?

In the case of OOTP there probably comes a point where the cost (internally within the game) exceeds the desire of having it. I'm sure they keep all ideas open for the future development, it just maybe impractical now.

I dont pay mcdonalds for a burger and a movie, just the burger, if i ask for Pickles and they tell me sorry its to hard to get them out of the jar, im not gonna go to mcdonalds no more!

and im no demanding every idea that every had be put in game, its just bad business in my opinion to the ppl who keep your company afloat, that something is too hard!

if something cannt be done, its cannt be done, but tell me way, its not cost affective, it dont fit with the direction they wanna take it, what ever, but NOTHING is ever "too hard"

Back to ideas, i think it would be kinda cool to have some sorta Award show, rather than the pop up you with this and that at end of season, would also be nice to have more awards ;-)

Why would you doubt it when the devs say that something is to hard to do? Do YOU know how to implement your suggestions?

hey, if EA can program rain outs in MVP 2004, i would hope Markus can figure it out.

and, AFAIK, double headers will be in OOTP6. hopefully they'll make their way to ITP at some point, too.
