J.P.L. need 9 owners

i know my precedent thread is next from this.
but important news for JPL:i found real roster for the japanese league in 1998.
With the update of the league site,the JPL has always need 9 owners for future active league(3 sims by week).if you want to play in league before Ichiro,little Kaz or Godzilla came in MLB,come on
the league begins with the first regular match of the season.
JPL
for whose are worried to have a french commissioner i precise the assistant commissioner is american and is commissioner of two leagues.

Good luck with your league. I think this is a very good idea for a league and could be very successful.

I would like to offer a bit of advice, though, and that is to check your roster set thoroughly. I went through your files, just checking out the few players that I am familiar with, and noticed that there are a lot of players who have very high HR ratings (10+), yet very low HR talents (Fair-Average). I would assume that those HR ratings are going to almost-immediately plummet, and you're going to be stuck with one unhappy owner when Hideki Matsui goes from a 10 HR rating to a 5 over the course of a season.

Again, I think you have the setup for a good league, but that big of a problem could potentially kill it. I would just check all the ratings again if I were you, and make sure you're comfortable with them.

It wasn't just Hideki that I noticed the problem with, it was with nearly every single player who had high HR ratings.

That's a good point. Anyone with power on my Blue Wave team has a fair or average rating for home runs.
