Found Ankits patched Lahman DB too late...

I already did my rookie import and 1998 expansion with TB and ARI. I now have the patched DB, is there any way to go back and import the 1998 rookies again? Will I have to import one by one? Any help would be appreciated.

If you have a backup copy of the league at the end of the previous season, otherwise no way but one by one.
