To a certain extent, I entirely agree Hammer, but the problem is that he started up a league as a commisioner, not an owner. To start up a league, trying to distance your 'on-line' past, is duplicituous towards the owners. I have always advocated heading off and starting again on personal issues or debates that got ridiculously out of hand, but its different IMO when you are using the name-change to do something you really shouldn't be allowed to do. By changing his handle, UDF effectively barred those interested in his league from finding out his reputation. If he was a team owner, no problem: but as people are going to be investing time and effort into the enterprise, they have every right to do some digging, regardless of his excellent conduct up to this point.

Clarnzz, Fit and Pat have no relation whatsoever. Please stop trying to continue your rep as a troll. He wasn't around for a few days , but he has done nothing wrong here.

Golden, he might not be all these guys but PAT is far from clean, let me list just a few things....
Starting the season he knew he had problems with the server, he KNEW some of the first exports me and a couple others sent to the server did NOT get imported... Pat simed anyways...screw the owners who have their best players in AAA...he was hell bent on simming dispite this ... and refused to resim saying he didnt have a backup file ... later in this thread he notes he has all backup files and can prove he didnt cheat... So was he Lieing than or lieing now?? Next he claimed after the third sim we didnt have any injuries in the league because he was missing a injury DAT file.. I checked the league files with an editor and the injuries and fatuge were turned off .. another LIE. few times durning the season sims were postponed because he was called into the OFFICE at work...one time durning one of these 5-6 hour postponments I seen him posting on this OOTP board...also after one of these late sims some boxscores did not match the scores seen in the files.... tells me he was simming more than once. Countless accounts of player ratings changing that were outside of the norm you seen in most leagues. Now this last thing..its funny the disaperance of the guy coincided with the Indians owner pointing out to him that his team had made bids and signed players he never bid on.. either Pat was making the bids for him or he somehow turned the Indians team on computer control.... the Indians owner started to question him and POOF.... the commish was gone... Questions arose after 3-4 days where did he go... he was posting on this OOTP board and lurking around the BTPBL board but did not post... did not say a word to anyone... he was on invisable on AIM... Pat was caught in a pickle.. someone finnnaly have him caught red handed and he didnt have any explination so he just disapears... comes back after a week hoping these FA signing questions would go away but they didnt..... Now can you say he has done nothing WRONG here??? I am sure I am leaving out 4-5 other FUNNY things that have happened in his league that he passed off as some quirk... start adding this all up and you have to be a BLINDMAN not to see whats going on. |

Since I was mentioned, I will say that this part of the story is true: He did contact me by PM asking for reasons that injuries would not be appearing on the league reports. After mentioning that if you didn't have the injury.dat file in the proper directory injuries wouldn't appear, he seemed to think that was the case.

I never "refused" to re-sim. You make it sounds like I said NO, NOT SO EVER WILL I. C'mon man, don't just try an air dirty laundry when you don't know the facts. |

Cleveland either offered Aybar 2.5mil, or he hit the wrong buttons to enter an amount. I get along very well with Cleveland. What do I have against this guy? I help him out all the time with various things... |

Not trying to add fue to this fire, but you could have quoted all those and put them in one post. I haven't gotten along with you in the past, but I do know that work does some times interfere with other things. The only thing that I can say is that if you can't guarantee a set schedule when it comes to these things, then maybe being a commish isn't the best thing. Hopefully everything get's straighten out, and you can get everything with your league going again.
