Export/Import with FTP Freezing

I've been playing in numerous online leagues for over a year now without any problems, but now I cannot import or export any teams via FTP without the game freezing and giving me the message that it's not responding. I'm running OOTP5 on Windows XP with a 1.6ghz P4, 512MB RAM, 20GB free HD space, 64MB vid card and have a dialup connection. I've had no problems for a year, but now I can't get it to export to FTP at all now. I'm currently running version 5.14b and I've already tried restarting and a fresh uninstall/reinstall. No dice yet.

I dunno what else to do

Check the internet settings, any changes to setup(firewall, etc)? Not sure this is a game issue. Make sure that online league settings are what they should be.

All the internet settings within the game are exactly what they have been all along with each league file. I do have Norton Internet Security firewall, but I haven't made any changes to it at all. In fact, I just disabled it and still got the same results with the game locking up. The weird thing is I just exported with one league about two hours ago, then tried another league about a half hour ago and problems starting. Now it happens with every league.

Simple answer:

The ootp-leagues server is down. All leagues that are '***.ootp-leagues.com' cannot be accessed at this moment.

Can we get this fixed soon?

Scarecrow is correct. Both leagues that were hanging for me use the ootp-leagues server. I just tried with a league that uses its own server and it worked fine.

I'd thank someone but I'm not sure anyone actually did anything...
