Logo needed...13 down and 7 more to go for my great new fictional league.

Team: WESTMONT WARHAWKS

Colors: Dark Purple, Light Purple, Light Gray, White, Black

DO IT YOUR WAY if you like...or use some of my suggestions
(ignore my suggestions listed below, if I get too complex).

If possible, use 3 horizontal backgrounds (dbacks used this on his Phoenix Phantoms...view it here:

Top third: Light Gray background...Put WESTMONT lettering in Light Purple trimmed in WIDE White.

Middle section: Dark Purple background...Put Warhawks image here...same colors as UWW Mascot logo...see their website. Use the same textured purple background that they use with the subdued horizontal lines.

Lower third section: Light Gray background...Put WARHAWKS lettering in Light Purple trimmed in WIDE white.

Frame it in WIDE Dark Purple/White.

Or create it anyway you are inspired.

Looks nice. I haven't tested it in game, but it doesn't look like there should be any problems with transparency.

Sandstorm:

A superb logo...Very, very well done.

If possible, change the Light Purple lettering to Dark Purple.

The Light Purple doesn't show up well when the logo is small.

If not possible or is too time-consuming, this is great. It looks good when it is large.

You really did a great logo.

That is exactly what I wanted.

The first one was beautiful, but the light purple lettering did not show up well in the game.

You really created an excellent logo...with the textured background.

Thanks for the 3 bands of background. It looks especially nice.

You created the logo, I just put every thing together for you. That is why I liked making these for you, you gave your vision of what the logo shoud be.

I hope you enjoy you league, I'm glad I could help someone enjoy this game a little more.

I feel like I know the teams in you league very well, are you going to post updates about it? Do you use Cato's History?

It's good to hear that my suggestions don't offend you. I sometimes worry that the designers will think I'm pushy and too picky.

As far as updates on my league and Cato's History, I'm so computer-challenged that it is quite a task to just download the logos and put them in the game. dbacks gave me detailed, step-by-step instructions last year to help me do that. I have downloaded and installed some great stadiums. But I don't know what Cato's History is...Mods and Add-ons for the game scare me. One day I would like to do what Dream Teams does...set up a website with a fictional country called Ruthlandia (in honor of the Babe) and create a map with the my cities on it with links for each city that would give the history, demographics, culture and heritage for each. And of course, the teams and league history. Dream Teams advised me to get much better on computers before attempting this. But that's the dream.

As far as updates, I wouldn't think very many people would care about my league. Although I am interested in other leagues. I enjoy looking at their logos and scanning their league histories.

What would you like in an update and where would I post it? If you are interested, I'll be glad to give an overall view of the first two seasons.

Thanks again for the great logos. They make my league very special. I really am enjoying my fictional league.
