Win Shares

First off, don't tell me to use Cato's utility. I know full well it does win shares.

What I want is a utility or spreadsheet or something that only does win shares. I've searched these forums for half an hour now, and can find nothing but broken links. Can anybody direct me to a non-Cato win shares utility?
