Question Do I need complete Farm teams ?

I have only about 7 players in each of my A, AA or AAA teams. Do you have to have a complete line-up ? Does a uncomlpete line-up of the farm team effect the development of the talents ?

No you don't, game fills lineups with "ghost" average players.

Is there a max for the minors total or at any level?

I eventually may use OOTP for my online league (currently in FPS). I only have played for a week, so I don't know much. With that said, are there any pro's or con's with an online league to requiring fully stocked minors? Could teams get around so sort of salary problem or anything by carrying fewer players? Or have their players develop faster or better because there are fewer players (and thus more playing time)? thanks.

The roster limit is 40 players.

I would try to keep there to one or two players playing a position at any one level. Players will develop better with more playing time.

Don't know of any benefits to keeping fully stocked minors other than having lots of potential players, however the negative developmental aspects would temper any benefit of having a full 120 player system.

I would recommend AGAINST "filling minors", just seems to possibly cause or contribute to some issues within the game.
