Soriano to San Fran?
http://www.foxsports.com/content/view?contentId=2211724
Just saw this on Fox. If it did happen, would be until the deadline. San fran would most like have to send Felix Rodriguez/Jeffery Hammonds or Neifi Perez. Buy or Sell Soriano Playing with Barry Bonds in Pac Bell?

Well, Rodriguez has some I suppose, but who trades a 40 hr hitting middle infielder for a middle reliever?

Course, PacBell was a HORRIBLE company. And SBC is just as horrible. So I just call it Candlestick II.

Hey Curse, it's a Column. Hey's just saying what he would see as happening. There is no rumors. He even said that he thinks that Buck Showalter will be tired of Soriano by mid-season, not he's already tired of him. While I believe that Soriano will be out of Texas by july 31st, I don't forsee the rangers getting **** for him. He even states in his article that John Hart would have to have his socks knocked off by an offer.

Well, I think the point, that LTC missed, is that the Giants would have to give up a top pitching prospect- and given Hart's history on trading hitters for pitchers and Sabean's as well, I'd back SF. Its a so called "good fit", but its unlikely, I agree.

Sell, as I actually like the Giants and hope they would have more sense then to bring Soriano in. I would be surprised for him to be let go for so little though, considering how over-hyped he is. Not that Texas is known for making great moves though...
