TQBL, 5 year league has openings.
TQBL League Site
The TQBL has just finished its 4th season but has some major team openings in the last month as the future of the league was in question. We use a $85 Million cap. MLB players from 2001 with new players being generated randomly. There are some really good owners here and a really good chance to get a good team and have some fun. If you're interested in taking on a larger role as well, such as looking for a chance to be in charge, help make rules, simulate games, then this is a golden opportunity. The league has a great structure, web site and other tools all setup for it.
