"Today in Boxing news..."

I mentioned this and many other things over in the "wish list" forum, but I wanted to start dialog here about a specific thing that I think would be cool.

Now, first let me say that I LOVE THIS GAME. and one of my biggest fears is that some of the things that I would like to see added will be added and I will be addicted even more!

I think one of the coolest things would be to have a "Today in Boxing News" page.

What I am thinking of is something similar to OOTP Baseball that has a news section after every weeks sim to give the top news items for the week.

I would love to have something like this in this game!!!!

Imagine being able to click on a specific month in your universe and see the top stories for that month....

Showing:
Major upsets
Title changes
Fighter of the month
Rising Stars
etc.....

If this were possible, what type of announcements would you like to see on your "news page"?

PERFECT IDEA I HAD THE SAME ONE LAST YEAR! I also will love to see training mode where u have 4 weeks to train a boxer and if he is a mw and he came in camp 176 and he has to lose the weight before his next fight have him have to take in less food intake and more running sparring and if you need to gain weight you need to take in more food and do more weight lifting and ect.. this will make the game WAY better (of course talking roleplay)!

No, JB. Something like it has been mentioned before. It's a natural. I think we won't see it unless they decide to include it in the RP version as Kevin said.

By the way, thanks for all your contributions to this community. I am a fairly new boxing fan myself, and I am amazed at the knowledge of the guys on this board.

You guys truly make this game even more enjoyable to someone like me!

It makes alot of sense for the rp game. I'm looking forward to that one after initially thinking that I might only mess with it now and then, Its sounding better and better.
