Post Small Bug?

Okay, this isn't too much of a big deal but here goes:

I started a new season using Rolen's rosters and immediately signed Eric Davis to my AAA team. About a month into the season, he e-mails me telling me that he's going to retire after the season because he needs to spend some more time with the family.

Then again in August he e-mails me telling me that likes playing for me and would like to begin talking about a contract extension.

Again, I don't think it's a big deal but figured I'd point it out for anyway that's taking notes of bugs or whatever.

Maybe he had a change of heart during the season.

It happens in real life, just look at Michael Jordan.

Or he realized that the reason he liked playing baseball was so that he could stay away from his family.

So many reasons.
