Question Help with fictional league w/real teams,parks,etc...

I just recently purchased ootp5 and I would like to set up a fictional league but use the real team names, logos, ballparks.

Can someone help me with the best way to do this?

I have tried playing around with the create folder and the gforce roster .dat files but I have been unsuccesfull.

Thanks

The default ballparks in the game are pretty close to the real things. Just change their names in the "edit ballpark" option in the league setup window. Liberty Bell Park is Veteran's Stadium, New England Field is Fenway, etc. The team names are easily changed in the Team Setup window for each team, and you can probably find a good source for the logos in the "mods" forum.

If you start a fictional league, you will have the default setting mentioned above.

Thanks for the replies, but I am trying to figure out a way to have all the team names and minor league teams already typed when I begin a new league. I am trying to save myself from typing all the info in everytime I start a new league.

I have been able to put the gforce rosters into my create folder and start a league with the real players but when I try to mix and match the dat files I get in trouble.

Maybe the best solution is to do all of the typing initially and backup that league to use in my create folder. I was just looking for a shortcut.

Thanks again.

Download a ready-made roster set and use that in your create folder.
