Help with AutoScheduler

Have e-mailed these troubles to support link from web page but they have gone unanswered.

Since updating to 1.17 I cannot get the Auto Scheduler to work. No matter what type of parameters I set, including ratings
difference, groups, weight classes, etc. absolutely zero matches get
scheduled. This happens regardless of whether or not I am trying to use the
new career stage option.

I have since downloaded 1.19 in hopes it would work but it still has not. The tournament auto scheduler is having similar problems. Zero matches get scheduled no matter the selection.

Everything else is working fine but I am eager to get my autoscheduler working.

There must be any settings on the red/blue corner screens that won't work. Set them all to empty fields and choose the value "All" where possible. Also be sure the fighter database is not empty. Well, that's just a silly idea.
