GDBA on hiatus
Golden Days (formerly Glory Days) is temporarily on hiatus as we continue our search for a quality commissioner to take over the league. GDBA was run by Mark Cooley from 1920 to 1933 (approximately, can't remember the year) and then run by me from that time through the current year of 1946.
If anybody from GDBAs past has interest in taking over as commish, please let me know. I won't leave the leagues in the hands of someone I don't expect to succeed. Its been too good of a league to suffer a fate like that. There's plenty of website space for it, so web hosting is not an issue. Golden Days Feel free to discuss with me at IatricSB@hotmail.com

Why doesn't Cooley run it, and why is it on hiatus now....you don't have the time?

Cooley turned it over to me to pursue other league projects he was interested in. I'm looking for someone to turn it over to due to health reasons. At one time I was commishing three leagues and I'm cutting it back to just one.

I don't remember if this league started with OOTP2 or OOTP3, but I know this league has been around for a long time.
Currently in its 26th season? I don't know if there's any other OOTP league that can say it made it that far. |
